Fried Bhindi Masala Recipe

Ingredients 1. Bhindi (Okra / Ladies finger) - 250gm, cut into 2 inch pieces
2. Oil – 1 Cup
3. Ginger - 1/2 inch piece, finely chopped
4. Garlic - 4 pods, finely chopped
5. Green chilli - 2, finely chopped
6. Onion - 1
7. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
8. Tomato - 1
9. Coriander powder – 1 tsp
10. Chilli powder – 1 tsp
11. Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
12. Kasoori methi - 1/4 tsp
13. Cumin seed powder - 1/4 tsp
14. Salt - to taste
15. Coriander leaves – to garnish
Cooking Instructions1. Heat oil in a kadai and fry the sliced ladies finger in it.
2. Take two tablespoon of oil from this oil and heat it in another pan and sauté ginger, garlic and green chilli in it.
3. Then add the onion and sauté again for some time.
4. Add the tomato and sauté.
5. Once the veggies are well sauted, add the masala powders and mix well for one min.
6. Add the fried ladies finger, salt and sauté for 5 min.
7. Add the coriander leaves and take it from flame.
8. Serve it hot.
