Cut the cauliflower into evenly sized florets. Beat the egg well and add the flours, soy sauce and a little water to get a thick batter. Add the ginger and garlic paste, chilli powder and mix well into uniform consistency. You may add salt but do bear in mind the saltiness of the sauce. Dip the cauliflower florets in the batter and keep for about half an hour.
Heat the pan and fry the florets until golden brown. Remove them from fire and drain with tissue and keep aside.
In the same pan saute onions and the whites of spring onions. Add the chopped ginger, garlic and green chillies. Saute well for 5 minutes in medium fire. Add the soy sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce and mix well. Mix in the cauliflower florets and fry in high heat for few minutes till the florets gets coated evenly with the sauces. Add the greens of spring onions and chopped coriander leaves and simmer for few more minutes. Serve hot with chappathis or other indian breads.
