Green Peas Curry Recipe

Green peas (Soaked over night) - 250gm
Carrot - 100 gm
Potato - 150 gm
Onion - 1 big
Green chilly - 6 no
Oil - to taste
Salt - to taste
Shallot - 5 nos.
Ginger - a small piece
Meat masala - to taste
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Corn flour - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder
Garlic - 2 nos.
Curry leafs
Coconut milk
Cook green peas, carrot, potato (potato & carrot should be in very small pieces) with green chilly, salt & masala in a pressure cooker. Then extract first coconut milk and keep it aside. Again extract second coconut milk. make a paste of ginger & garlic. Also make another paste of coriander powder, turmeric powder, corn flour and masala using little amount of water.
After cooking green peas, heat oil in a pan and add curry leaves, shallots, ginger garlic paste. When the shallot become brown in colour add powder paste. To this add cooked grean peas and boil it with second coconut milk. When you feel it as enough, add first coconut milk and before boiling remove it from fire.
We can use this curry with appam, chapati, poori etc.
