Paneer 200 gm cut into 2 inch piece cubes
Onion 2 chopped
Green chili 3
Tomato 2 medium chopped
Ginger garlic paste 1 tea spoon
Cashew 10 soaked in water for 30 minutes
Red chili powder 2 tea spoon
Coriander powder 1 ½ tea spoon
Turmeric powder ¼ tea spoon
Cumin powder 1 tea spoon
Garam masala ½ tea spoon
Kasuri methi 1 tea spoon
Curd 3 table spoon
Cream 2 table spoon
Grind soaked cashew with some water in a mixer and keep aside.
Heat oil in a kadai and fry paneer till golden brown and keep aside.
Heat two tea spoon oil in a kadai add onion and saute well, when colour of the onion turns brown add ginger garlic paste, green chilli and tomatoes.
Sauté for a while till tomato become soft.
Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder and garam masala.
Add chopped capsicum mix well then add half cup water to it cook for 10 minutes in low flame.
Then add the cashew paste, curd and kasuri methi mix well.
Add fried paneer and boil for a while.
Garnish with cream.
