Paneer – 200 gm
Cashew – 100 gm soaked in water
Poppy seeds 1 tea spoon
Onion – 2 small chopped
Cardamom powder – 1/4 tea spoon
Tomato puree - 3/4 cup
Ginger garlic paste – 1 ˝ tea spoon
Red chili powder – 1 table spoon
Turmeric powder –1/4 tea spoon
Green chili – 2
Cinnamon – 1
Cloves - 2
Kasuri methi – 1 tea spoon
Grind the cashew and poppy seeds in a mixer into a fine paste.
Fry the paneer cubes in oil and keep aside.
Heat two teaspoon of oil in a pan add cloves and cinnamon.
Sauté onions till golden brown, add cardamom powder and ginger garlic paste sauté well.
Add tomato puree and sauté well till oil comes up.
Add red chili powder, turmeric powder and cashew paste with some water.
Boil for a while then add kasuri methi and fried paneer.
Boil till gravy become thick.
Garnish with coriander leaves
