Karela Bharwa Recipe

Ingredients Bitter gourd - 2, small
Sal t- to taste
Coriander powder-2 tbsp
Chily powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Oil - to fry
Cooking InstructionsCut off the top section of the bitter gourd, tear one side of it from top to bottom and remove the seeds in it.
Marinate it in some salt and keep it aside for 15 min.
Wash it and drain the water.
Mix the masala powders and salt to make a thick paste.
Apply this paste inside and outside the bitter gourd and tie it with a thread.
Heat oil in a kadai and fry these stuffed bitter guard in oil.
Serve hot.
