1/2 kg ladys finger ( Vendakka )
1 onions
3-4 green chilly
Mustard seeds - 1/2 Tsp
Grated Coconut - 1/2 Cup
salt to taste
1/4 teaspoon tumeric powder
Pinch of pepper powder
Cut lady's finger into small sizes. Cut onions and green chilles.
Pour oil into heated pan, when its sufficently heated add mustard seed, wait till it get spurted.
Meanwhile mix ladysfinger, coconut powder and tumeric powder and keep aside. Add onions into oil and wait till it get translucent.
Add green chilles and wait for 5 minutes. Then add the above mixture and mix it well with fried onions. Add pepper powder and salt and leave it to cook. In 8-10 minutes the dish should be ready.
