Pepper Rasam Recipe

Ingredients Tomato - 3
Red Chilly powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Pepper powder - 1 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic - 4
Oil- as required
Dry red chilly - 2
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tea spoon
Curry leaves - as required
Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
Salt-to taste
Kaayam - 1/2 teaspoon
Cooking InstructionsCut tomatos into small pieces and add it to 4 cups of boiling water. Into this add all powders and garlic. After boiling this turn off the stove. Take another pan, add oil and splutter mustards. Add red chilly and curry leaves, pour this into rasam soup. Add coriander leaves and serve.
