Pineapple Pachadi Recipe

Ingredients 1) Pineapple - 1 cup (chopped )
2) Green chilly - 3 (chopped)
3) Water - 1/2 cup
4) Grated coconut - 2 cup
5) Green chilly - 3
6) Curd - 5 tablespoon
7) Ginger - 1 small piece
8) Mustard - 1 tea spoon
9) Dried red chilly - 2
10) Curry leaves - 1spring
11) Salt - to taste
12) Oil - as needed
Cooking InstructionsCook the pineapple with water salt and chopped green chilly
Grind the coconut, add ginger, curd and green chilly
When the pineapple is cooked, remove from heat and add the coconut and curd mix
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves and red chilly.
Fry for 30 seconds in low heat and pour this on the pineapple and coconut and curd mix.
Serve with rice.
