Potato Kuruma Recipe

Ingredients Potato - 2
Onion - 1
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Tomato - 1
Ladies finger - 10
Green chillies - 4
Coriander powder - 1 1/2 teaspoon

Salt - To taste
Oil as needed

For garnishing
Dry chillies - 4
Mustard seeds - 1 tbspoon
Curry leaves
Cooking InstructionsCut the potato and ladies finger into small pieces. Saute onion, green chilles, ginger garlic paste. Add the tomatoes and saute well .Then add the potatoes, coriander and turmeric powder. Add salt. When potatoes are half cooked add the ladies finger. Boil for five minutes and garnish it using mustard seeds, curry leaves and dry chillies. This can be served with chappathis, nan etc.
