Soya bean – 2cups( soaked in water for 8 hours)
Onion – 2 big
Tomato – 2 grinded
Green chili – 4
Ginger paste – 1tea spoon
Garlic paste – 1 tea spoon
Cumin seeds – 1 tea spoon
Pepper powder – 1 tea spoon
Turmeric powder – ¼ tea spoon
Coriander powder – ½ tea spoon
Red chili powder – 1 ½ tea spoon
Garam masala – ½ tea spoon
Oil – 2 tea spoon
Thick coconut milk – 1 cup
Coriander leaves – few
Cook the soya bean in a pressure cooker by adding half cup of water and salt as per taste.
Heat oil in a kadai.
Add onion and pepper powder sauté till onion becomes soft,
Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for a while then add all the powders into it and fry.
Add tomato paste, sauté till oil comes up.
Pour the cooked soya bean along with water and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the coconut milk and bring it to boil and turn off
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
