Onion – 1 big, chopped finely
Tomato – 1, chopped
Grated coconut – 2 table spoon
Curry leaves – few
Dried red chili – 3
Salt – to taste
Heat two teaspoon oil in a kadai.
Add dried red chili and before it burns add onion and sauté well till golden brown.
Add grated coconut and fry till coconut is roasted.
Add tomato and sauté well till it become soft.
Add curry leaves and salt. Remove from heat and let it cool.
Course grind this mix to make the chutney. Serve with idly or dosa.
