Tomato Fry with Paneer Recipe

Ingredients Tomato - 4 nos.
Onion - 1 no.
Ginger-Garlic Paste 1 Teaspoon.
Paneer - 100gm.
Green chilies - 2
Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder, and salt as required
Tomato sauce-2 tablespoon
Coriander leaves, sugar 1/2 teaspoon.
Cooking InstructionsCut onions and tomatos into thin slices. Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion slices. Add the ginger-garlic paste and saute for one minute Add the turmeric powder and chili powder and fry. Now add the tomato pieces and paneer and fry for 5 minutes If required add little water and let it boil. Add the tomato sauce and sugar and salt . Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with roti.
