Tomato Green Peas Curry Recipe

Tomato - 3
Green peas - 1 cup, cooked
Oil - as required
Onion - 2
Green chilli - 1
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 Tbsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Water - 1 ˝ cup
Salt - to taste
Thick Coconut milk - 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves - as required
Sauté onion and green chilli in a sauce pan
Once the onion changes to light brown in colour, add the masala powders to it and sauté well.
Now tomato slices and sauté again.
Then add the cooked green peas, water and salt to it. Mix well and let it boil.
Once the curry attains a thickness, then pour the coconut milk, coriander leaves and heat it in low flame for 3 min.
Take it from flame and serve hot.
