Tomato Pachadi Recipe

Ingredients Tomato-250 gms.
Grated coconut-1 cup
Green chili-4 nos.
Ginger -a small piece
Curd-5 table spoon
Oil-2 tablespoon
Mustard seeds, curry leaves, dry red chilies
Cooking InstructionsGrind coconut, green chilies,and ginger to a fine paste. Cut the tomatos into small pieces and mix with the ground coconut and curd. Heat the oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. When the mustard seeds crack add dry red chilies and curry leaves. Then add the tomato mixture .When the mixture begin to boil stop the fire ( tomato must not be cooked.) and add crushed raw mustard seeds.
