Ullithandu Upperi Recipe

Ingredients Onion stalks (ullithandu) - 1 cup, finely chopped
Grated Coconut - 1 cup
Green chili - 3
Salt - to taste
Mustard -1/4 Tsp
Coconut oil 2 to 3 Tsp
Cooking InstructionsGrind the coconut and green chili.
Heat coconut oil in a pan and splutter the mustards.
Add the finely chopped onion stalks to it and fry it well by stirring continuously.
Then add the grinded coconut to it and mix all the ingredients well in low flame by stirring continuously.
Take it from flame and serve it with rice or kanji.
