Vegetable Korma Recipe

Ingredients Cauliflower – ½ cup(florets)
Potato – ½ cup chopped
Green peas – ½ cup chopped
Carrot – ½ cup chopped
Onion – 1 chopped
Tomato puree – ½ cup
Green chili – 2-3
Thick coconut milk – ½ cup
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tea spoon
Pepper powder – ½ tea spoon
Red chili powder – 1 tea spoon
Turmeric powder – ¼ tea spoon
Coriander powder – 1 tea spoon
Garam masala – ½ tea spoon
Coriander leaves – to garnish
Salt – to taste
Cooking InstructionsClean the cauliflower florets and boil in water for 10 minutes, then drain the water and keep aside.
Cook carrot, potato and green peas in a pressure cooker by adding salt, red chili powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder and half cup water.
Heat two teaspoon oil in a vessel, add onion sauté well till brown.
Add ginger garlic paste, green chili and mix well.
Add tomato puree and sauté till oil comes up.
Add pepper powder and garam masala and mix well.
Add cooked vegetable and cauliflower, mix well.
Add coconut milk and bring it to boil.
Turn off the heat and garnish with coriander leaves.
