1)Chicken thighs - 8
2)Honey - 3 Tbsp
3)Lemon juice - 5 Tbsp
4)Olive oil -2 Tbsp
5)Soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
6)Garlic paste - 2 Tsp
7)Thyme/Rosemary - a few sprigs
8)Salt and Pepper - to taste
Make the marinade by thoroughly mixing ingredients 2 to 8. Coat the chicken pieces well with the marinade and keep aside for 30 minutes. Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees. Spread the chicken pieces evenly on a tray, and cook in the oven for 20 minutes. After 30 minutes, turn the pieces and cook for another 30 minutes. Remove the tray from the oven. Carefully collect the juices in a bowl. Reduce the juices by heating for about 10 minutes to get a thick paste. Coat this on the chicken pieces before serving. Serve hot with mashed poatatoes/chips/potato wedges/salad.Photos (Click to enlarge) :
